You can have a real spoken conversation with your assistant on any logged-in page. No typing required β€” great for driving between properties or walking a site.

How to Start a Voice Conversation

  1. Open the chat window (tap the chat bubble in the corner).
  2. Click the microphone button next to the Send button.
  3. In a second or two, your assistant will greet you β€” just start talking.
  4. To end the conversation, click the microphone button again.
First time? Your browser will ask for microphone permission. Click Allow β€” voice won't work without it.

How Long You Can Talk

  • Free users: 5 minutes of voice per day
  • Paid subscribers: 30 minutes of voice per day
  • Each voice session: capped at 15 minutes β€” if you want more, just click the mic to start a new session
  • When your daily limit is used up, the mic button is disabled with the tooltip "Daily voice limit reached. Resets at midnight."

What Voice Chat Can Do

Anything the text chat can do β€” search deals, navigate pages, explain deals, pull property details, add buyers to your CRM, and so on. For long answers, your assistant will say something like "Putting the details in the chat" and drop the full answer into the chat window so you can scan it when you're back at the computer.
